Amelie St Clair popped into the world with a red face and hamster cheeks, at 9 am on Friday 22nd April. She was helped by her Mum, Dad and 2 midwives who arrived in the nick of time, no thanks to traffic jams.
Amelie is being a model 2nd child; apart from looking beautiful and smelling of treacle tarts, she spends most of her time feeding and sleeping. Luke is enchanted by his little sister, stroking her cheek and giving her toy cars when she cries. I am recovering well, and my Mum's been such a fantastic help that I'm not sure how I'll cope when she leaves on Wednesday...
